Credit Counselling Singapore's Online Debt Management Course is an e-learning programme (conducted in English) which offers useful information on how to deal with debt. You may complete at your own time and pace but it should take you about 90 to 120 minutes in total to complete.

You may start whenever you are ready and stop whenever you need to. You can pick up where you left off during the course.

Completing the Online Debt Management Course is an alternative if your schedule does not allow you to attend our ‘live’ Debt Management webinar.

What can I learn through this course?

Presented over five bite-sized modules, this online course provides you with relevant information on the various options to address an unsecured consumer debt problem, common creditor collection actions and preparing for a credit counselling session with a Financial Counsellor. The course will also explain how you can obtain your credit report, work out your monthly budget and determine your debt repayment capacity.

What do I need to do in this course?

To help you recap the main learning points on addressing problem debts, you are required to complete and pass a Quiz at the end of the course.

After successfully completing the course and passing the Quiz, you will have the option to:

1. Use our Online Submission Portal to submit a request for credit counselling and upload the relevant supporting document, or

2. Download a PDF-format Counselling Request Form to be completed and submitted with relevant supporting documents via post or email to CCS.
