Step 1. Attend our free public Information Talk on debt management. Check the schedule and register for our next Info-Talk here.
Step 2. Submit the relevant documents if you wish to see a Debt Adviser. Our Client Support Officers will contact you to schedule an appointment after we have received your documents. See the list of documents required here.
Step 3. See our Debt Adviser at the appointed date and time. During the session, the Debt Adviser will help you explore the available debt settlement options in detail so you can decide on your next course of action.

Credit Counselling Singapore is the only non-profit organisation that provides professional debt counselling services and has a formal debt restructuring scheme with all member banks under the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS).
A member organisation under National Council of Social Service (NCSS), our social purpose is to promote the responsible use of credit and assist debt-distressed individuals through education and outreach, debt advising and debt restructuring where suitable.
CCS was established in 2004 and continues to receive strong support from ABS, Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS) and the State Courts of Singapore.
Free Public Information Talks
Our Information Talk on debt management will provide information on what you can do to resolve your problems with unsecured, consumer debts.
The talk also provides information on the possible actions creditors may pursue to recover money owed, how to arrange for a 1-to-1 debt advising session and how to fill up the Counselling Request Package.
By the end of the talk, you will gain a better understanding of what you can do to resolve your unsecured debts and be able to make an informed choice on your next course of action suitable to your circumstances.
Every week. While most talks are conducted in English, we do conduct Mandarin talks twice a month.

Dealing With Personal Information
CCS does not inform employers if an individual has sought assistance from CCS.
CCS has a strict policy on maintaining client confidentiality and will not disclose any information to third parties without the expressed consent of the individual.
Only with the permission of the individual, CCS uses the information provided to communicate with the individuals’ creditors and Credit Bureau Singapore to facilitate the preparation of a Debt Management Programme proposal.
