Be the KEY to a Family's More Secure Future
With your support, CCS can journey alongside families as they reduce debt, strengthen their financial capability and improve their readiness for home ownership.
More than 9,000 families¹ live in rental housing, hoping for a home of their own. For families weighed down by debt, repayments can make that hope harder to reach.
With your generosity, they can move closer to financial stability and a place to call home.
These families need specialised financial guidance, appropriate debt-management support and opportunities to strengthen their financial capability so they can overcome debt barriers and build a more stable future.
We know that the right support can make a difference
In a recent pilot, philanthropic funding enabled us to support lower-income families through personalised financial coaching, group learning and matched debt relief.
Families continued making their own debt repayments, while philanthropic funding matched their efforts to help them reduce their debts faster.
All 15 families who completed the pilot reported improved financial well-being and capability, while 60% reduced their debt by more than half.
We now want to reach more families. Lasting change, however, takes sustained guidance and support.
Help us reach at least 50 families
We are raising funds to extend this support to more lower-income families in new programme runs.
Your donation will contribute towards our goal of helping at least 50 lower-income families strengthen their financial capability and prepare for home ownership.
Over 24 months, your support will fund:
✅ Personalised financial coaching to help families understand their finances, set realistic goals and make informed financial decisions;
✅ Group financial literacy workshops to strengthen financial knowledge and sound money-management habits; and
✅ Debt-management support, including creditor engagement where applicable, to help families address their debts and work towards greater financial stability.
Together, these interventions can help families strengthen their financial foundations and move towards greater financial stability and, ultimately, their aspiration of owning a home.
Give today. Be the KEY.
