Where Can I Get Help?

You do not have to work everything out on your own.

If unsecured debts such as credit cards, credit lines or personal loans are becoming difficult to manage, Credit Counselling Singapore (CCS) can help you understand your situation and consider your options.

How CCS can help

1. Get informed
Attend a free CCS Consumer Debt Management Talk or Webinar to understand the dos and don'ts of dealing with debt and the different options available.

2. Request credit counselling
If you need personalised assistance, submit a Counselling Request together with the required supporting documents.

3. Understand what you can afford
During credit counselling, CCS will review your income, expenses, debts and monthly cashflow to assess your repayment capacity.

4. Consider the next step
Your counsellor will help you explore feasible options. If suitable, this may include a structured repayment arrangement through CCS' Debt Management Programme.

You do not have to wait until the situation becomes overwhelming.

See it early. Understand your options. Take the next step.
