We can cultivate and practice self-compassion. Showing kindness, acceptance, empathy and forgiveness to ourselves when faced with difficult situations. 

Learn and discover the misgiving about self-compassion that keeps you from being kinder to yourself.  Self-compassion and self care can decrease depression, increase happiness and life satisfaction, and lead to better physical health.
