Ageing can be a stressful experience in our golden years but there are many things we can do to enhance our mental well-being and continue living a healthy, fulfilling life.  

Attend this fun-filled 3-hour course and learn how to: 

1.   Recognise the common issues connected with ageing that can have an impact on one’s mental well-being. 

2.   Be aware of the techniques and resources to prevent and manage prevalent mental health concerns. 

3.   Cultivate positive attitudes that foster and safeguard mental health.
