C3A AgeMap - Healthy Minds for Healthy Lives

Ageing can be a stressful experience in our golden years but there are many things we can do to enhance our mental well-being and continue living a healthy, fulfilling life.  

Attend this fun-filled 3-hour course and learn how to: 

  1. Recognise the common issues connected with ageing that can have an impact on one’s mental well-being. 
  2. Be aware of the techniques and resources to prevent and manage prevalent mental health concerns. 
  3. Cultivate positive attitudes that foster and safeguard mental health.

Mode of Delivery

Conducted in-person at Pek Kio Community Centre, 21 Gloucester Road, Level 3 Conference Room, Singapore 219458.

NOTE: Minimum number to commence the course: 15 (Maximum number of participants is 20)

Course will not be conducted if the minumum number is not met.

CCS admin will notify participants 1-2 weeks prior to course commencement to make payment fee.

Net Course Fee Payable:

$14.50 per person (inclusive of GST) for Singaporeans/PR aged 50 & above (after NSA subsidy).

$54.50 per person (inclusive of GST) for others (without NSA subsidy for aged 50 & below).

You may use your SkillsFuture Credit to pay the net course fee payable.
