Instructions
1. Course Registration - To reserve your place for the course, complete the online form below.
2. Acknowledgement - You will receive an acknowledgement email upon successful submission of your registration information. You may have to check your junk mail folder if you did not receive the email in your inbox.
3. Payment Instructions - Will be sent to you via email between 1 to 3 working days after receiving your registration information.
4. Pre-course instruction - Will be sent to you via email before commencement of the course.

About the National Silver Academy (NSA)
The National Silver Academy (NSA) is a network of post-secondary education institutions (PSEIs) (i.e. ITE, polytechnics, universities and arts institutions) and community-based organisations (CBOs) that offer learning opportunities that are subsidised for seniors. Seniors and PRs aged 50 years and above can look forward to attending short courses and bite sized courses that are exam free.
For courses run by community-based organisations, the final fee payable by seniors (both Singaporeans and PRs) takes into account the support given by the government to community-based organisations to develop and offer the short courses.

About Council for Third Age (C3A)
The Council for Third Age (C3A), set up in May 2007, is an agency which promotes active ageing in Singapore through public education, outreach and partnerships. As an umbrella body in the active ageing landscape, with its focus on senior learning and volunteerism, as well as positive ageing, C3A works with and through partners to help third agers age well. C3A is appointed to administer the National Silver Academy (NSA).

1. 什么是技能培训补助 (SkillsFuture Credit – SFC)？
技能培训补助 (SFC) 鼓励发展个人技能和终身学习。自2015年，凡满25岁的新加坡公民，便可获得首笔$500的补助金。补助金可以用来支付目前政府已有的补助，以及多样已批准技能相关的课程。政府以后还会定期分发补助金。

3. 我如何申请技能培训补助？
请使用您的 Singpass 登录 MySkillsFuture，查看您的 SkillsFuture Credit 余额及提交申请。
1. What is SkillsFuture Credit?
SkillsFuture Credit aims to encourage individuals to take ownership of their skills development and lifelong learning. All Singaporeans aged 25 and above would have received their initial credit of $500 in 2015. Your SkillsFuture Credit can be used on top of existing course fee subsidies provided by the Government. You will also receive further top-ups to your SkillsFuture Credit account at regular intervals.
Seniors may use their SkillsFuture Credit to pay for courses offered as part of the National Silver Academy.

2. When should I submit my claim to use my SkillsFuture Credit?
When filling up the course registration form, please indicate under “Preferred mode of payment” that you intend to use your SkillsFuture Credit for the net course fee payable.
You should then submit your claim to use of your SkillsFuture Credit only after you have received the Course Confirmation Email from us.
3. How do I submit my claim to use SkillsFuture Credit?
To check your SkillsFuture Credit balance or submit a claim, you should log in to MySkillsFuture with your Singpass and upon login, click on ‘SkillsFuture Credit’.
